[uklinux-status] Tiscali dialin

Tiscali are having problems with their Chelford NOC and at the moment 
there  isn't any routing to it so they cant authenticate our dialin users 
:(

So if you dial in on the 0845 662.... numbers you will not be able to 
connect at the moment.

There are no problems with our 0845 6042086 dialin number, although (as 
some people appear to have had problems configuring their systems to 
connect to that number) you have to make sure that you are using PAP or 
CHAP authentication, not blocking CLI, and not using a scripted login when 
connecting using that number.
