Thur 1st August, 2002 10:00 - Mail/News Server - Lance Davis 

The power supply in the mail/news server failed - I'm just in Manchester 
sorting out a temporary replacement.
Should be back up by 13:30


Thur 1st August, 2002 13:40 - Mail/News Server - Lance Davis 

The temporary mail/news server is in place - incoming mail is spooling 
from the backup server and will take about an hour to transfer, news is 
playing catch-up and should also be up to date in about an hour.
A permanent replacement should be installed tomorrow.
