I have had to take the news service offline to rebuild its database 
tables.

The crash yesterday messed up the history database and some articles were 
being displayed out of order.

It should be back online tomorrow morning. 

We will be migrating the news service to a new server shortly, using 
Diablo rather than Inn so as to avoid these problems ...
