Various hardware issues with the new servers have delayed the installation 
which is now due to take place early this week.

The news server is back online, but still with a few incorrect message 
numbers - makehistory was going to take too long to rebuild everything.
We will ne migrating to a new news server that will solve the problem in 
the next few days.
