[uklinux-status] Mail server load problem

There was a load problem on the mail server between 10:30 am and 11:00 am 
today.

It made sending and receiving mail difficult during those times.

The problem has been diagnosed as a transient error on the scsi bus. 
We will remove the scsi drives from services as soon as possible with a 
view to replacing them.

It also highlighted a possible error with our backup radius server 
handling CHAP authentication which we will investigate.
