[uklinux-status] Problem sending mail when dialled into old (Tiscali) dialup platform

We have been notified by a couple of users who are still using the old 
dialup platform that they are unable to send email our via our mail 
servers.

Upon further investigation it appears that Tiscali have seriously borked 
their name server resolution for at least one of their access servers 
which means that anyone dialling into that NAS will fail our email servers 
anti-spam checks.

I have paged the Tiscali support line (the only way to get access to their 
support people at the weekend is to page their general number and hope 
they will get back to you :( ) and will try and get them to resolve the 
problem as quickly as possible.

In the meantime if you are dialled into the old platform and experiencing 
this problem there are two things you can do to resolve it:

1. Use the new dialup platform on 0834 604 2086 (modem and ISDN)
or
2. If the above is not satisfactory for you (please let us know!) try 
using a different access number for the old platform. The numbers for the 
old platform are:

For modems:	0845 662 1098
		0845 662 1198
		0845 662 1298
		0845 662 1598
		0845 662 1698 <- this is the NAS with the problems I think

For ISDN:	Use the new platform on the number above. We're aware of 
		no problem with it and ISDN connections.
		0845 662 1398 (old platform)
		0845 662 1498 (old platform)
