[uklinux-status] Problem with subscription server httpd daemon

For some reason the logrotate this morning killed the httpd daemon - I 
suspect a 'beginning of month' problem - eg the monthly logrotate didnt 
complete properly..

I've only just logged on but I've got it working now.

Apologies for any inconvenience.

Im going to implement a pager / sms number, because you lot always spot 
things that are wrong before we do :)
