[uklinux-status] Web server offline yesterday

The hosted web server was unresponsive yesterday afternoon/evening and 
unfortunately I wasnt notified and wasnt then able to get into Stockport 
until 1 am to fix it.

I have not yet identified the cause but the enormouse load increase 
shortly before the fault suggests an errant user script causing a DOS.

Apologies for the delay and I will be notifying the list and hosted 
members of an emergency paging number for such outages within the next 
few days.
