Looks like one of our upstreams may have succumbed to the cisco ios dos :(
This does not affect our services, as we have duplicates on two networks, 
but means that email may be relayed through our backup server to the main 
mail server whilst the main server can see manap but not the rest of the 
internet :(

If you are dialled in to 0845 6042086 then you will not be able to route 
to the internet, apart from MANAP routes, eg local isps.
We have an alternative number that we are testing, 0845 1231663 so please 
use that, it should authenticate with either CHAP or PAP and work with 
ISDN as well, single or dual channel.
