[uklinux-status] Migration of subswebhost

There will be some downtime on subswebhost in the next hour as I am 
migrating it to a new server due to hard disk errors.

I am taking the opportunity at the same time to make apache run as user 
apache, for security reasons, so files that are created by the webserver 
will now by owned by apache rather than nobody.

All files and directories in the web tree wil have been changed, but any 
scripts that you may have that rely on something being owned by user 
nobody will need changing.

This only affects users with Silver level membership or higher.

If there are any problems with websites etc then please email 
support@uklinux,net.
